My Always Summer Camp takes place in the scenic locations of Johor Malaysia and Singapore.

Students will be immersed in the cultural, technological and historical hub that is Iskander Puteri.

Campers will have daily class and activities and at night they can rest their heads at awesome accommodation.

We have planned out and curated each day of the 14-day long camp from 8:30 am - 5pm daily you can review the itinerary below.

Deposit & Payment

A deposit (15% of the total camp fee) is required upon booking to secure your child’s place.

The deposit is non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation policy below.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the camp start date.

Cancellations & Refunds

More than 60 days before camp start:

50% of the registration deposit is refunded, plus a full refund of any remaining balance paid.

31–60 days before camp start:

No refund of the registration deposit, but the remaining balance (if paid) will be refunded in full.

Changing the camp date in this period is allowed once only, subject to a 5% administration fee.

30 days or less before camp start:

No refund (registration deposit and remaining balance forfeited).

Payments made within this 30-day period are subject to a 10% administration fee.

Substitutions & Transfers

Participant name changes are permitted up to 14 days before the camp start date, subject to an administration fee of RM 100.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

In cases of documented medical emergencies, a refund (excluding the registration deposit and any applicable administration fees) may be provided at the organizer’s discretion.

If the camp is canceled by the organizer, a full refund or credit toward a future camp will be offered.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
